During the press conference, it was also revealed that Mi Mix 3 5G would be available in € 599 in May. This is similar to standard Mi Mix 3, but with a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and X50 modem to enable 5G.
Xiaomi also unveiled the Mi LED Smart Bulb, but when Google Assistant refused to play the ball, the demo was not very good.

Xiaomi announces in MWC 2019?
After the announcement of its MI Mix 3 5G, the Mi 9 headline was the new product. Xiaomi Mi 9 is Xiaomi’s new flagship smartphone, the successor of Mi 8. It is available for pre-order in France and other places in Europe from February 28.
Xiaomi Mi 9 SE
The exciting thing is that the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE and Explorer Edition was not announced, which we think we can again announce Light and Pro versions for Europe. It creates an in-display fingerprint sensor, which was previously seen in Mi 8 Pro and Mi 8 Explorer, and it comes in two new ‘holographic’ colors, Ocean Blue and Lavender violet.
Xiaomi has switched the Snapdragon 845 Mi 8 for the 855 chip, which promises 45% performance and profitability of 20% in graphics. This chip is also enabled in 5G when added to the required modem, and the Explorer version of Mi 9 is 5G-Ready.
The battery of 100mAh is over, but the new setup does not disappoint: for the first time we see wireless charging outside the MI mix line, and wired charging is now possible in super-fast 27W.
Another notable difference is the addition of the rear third camera lens, and the current 12Mp + 12Mp configuration is changing with more megapixels – the new triple-lens array combines 48Mp, 16Mp, and 12Mp lenses. Mi 9 Global
